Access mortgage data to help users better manage debt: Developers can now retrieve consumer-permissioned mortgage data from the Liabilities endpoint—in addition to permissioned data from student loans and credit cards. Together, these data points can give users a more holistic view of their individual balance sheets.
New Plaid docs to get you building faster: We recently redesigned our API documentation and added new features including a new search function, a launch checklist, and more informative technical guides to make it easier and faster for you to build with Plaid.
Dynamic institution list in Plaid Link: As part of the all-new Plaid Link, we've improved the experience of selecting an institution by displaying the most relevant ones first based on the user’s location and the app they’re using. We plan to continue to iterate on the overall Link experience and look forward to sharing future enhancements soon.
New API version: We released API version 2020.09.14, which streamlines token flows and improves international support.
